Superyacht Design: Majesty 100 Terrace
Majesty 100 Terrace: When Perfection Lives in Every Detail
A VIP Tour That Changed My Perspective on Superyacht Design
Among all the stunning Superyacht Designs I explored at Cannes Yachting Festival, one yacht left me absolutely speechless – the Majesty 100 Terrace by Gulf Craft. And I have to give enormous credit to Madzia from Mega Yacht Poland for making this experience truly unforgettable. Her passion, expertise, and the way she guided us through every corner of this magnificent superyacht made me see it not just as a vessel, but as a living, breathing work of art.
Madzia, if you’re reading this – your knowledge of every detail on this yacht and the genuine enthusiasm you shared during the tour was inspiring. It’s rare to meet someone who understands a vessel so deeply and can communicate that understanding with such infectious passion. Thank you for the incredible VIP experience!

The Journey Through Perfection
Walking onto the Majesty 100 Terrace, I thought I knew what to expect. After all, I’ve seen countless luxury yachts, studied design principles, and analyzed spatial solutions for years. But this yacht? It humbled me.
Every single space was a revelation. I kept thinking, “Okay, this is the pinnacle” – and then I’d step into the next room and be proven wrong. Again and again. The level of thought, creativity, and execution throughout this superyacht is simply extraordinary.

Details That Tell a Thousand Stories
What truly sets the Majesty 100 Terrace apart is the obsessive attention to detail. Beyond the obvious luxury, what struck me was how no element was left without exclusive styling. Let me walk you through some of the details that captivated me most:
The Coffee Machine That Stole My Heart ☕
Yes, you read that right – a coffee machine. While the best design always focuses on details, this particular detail surpassed itself. The coffee machine on the Majesty 100 Terrace wasn’t just functional; it was a perfectly designed piece of art that seamlessly integrated into the galley’s aesthetic. I absolutely love this perfection, quality, and style! When even your coffee machine becomes a statement piece, you know you’re experiencing true luxury design.

Hidden Technology
One of my favorite discoveries was the TV integrated into the bathroom mirror. This is the kind of thoughtful luxury that doesn’t scream for attention but quietly elevates the entire experience. Imagine starting your morning routine while catching up on news, or unwinding in the evening with soft music playing – all without compromising the elegant aesthetic of the space.

Comfortable Spaces That Embrace You
The spatial planning throughout the yacht is masterful. Every area, from the intimate private spaces to the more social zones, feels perfectly proportioned. The designers created an incredible balance between openness and coziness – no small feat on a vessel of this size.
The private areas offer genuine sanctuary. They’re not just bedrooms or bathrooms; they’re personal retreats designed for true relaxation and comfort.

Indoor-Outdoor Living at Its Finest
The balconies and outdoor access points are brilliantly integrated. Outdoor jacuzzi, thoughtfully placed exits, and clever transitions between interior and exterior spaces create this seamless flow that keeps you connected to the marine environment at all times. You’re never quite sure where the yacht ends and the sea begins – and that’s exactly the point.

Hidden Corners and Nooks
What I particularly appreciated were the charming nooks and corners scattered throughout the yacht. These aren’t wasted spaces or awkward transitions – they’re intentional moments of discovery. A cozy reading spot here, an intimate conversation area there. The yacht rewards exploration.

The Art of Decoration
And then there are the decorative elements – oh, the decorations! This is where the Majesty 100 Terrace truly transcends from luxury yacht to floating masterpiece.

Hermes and Beyond
Some of the details came from the prestigious Hermès – beautiful paintings, exquisite mirrors, and perfectly finished decorative pieces including stunning chess sets that are visible throughout the yacht. But here’s what’s important: all details were amazing, not just the Hermès pieces. Every element, regardless of origin, was selected with the same discerning eye for quality, style, and cohesion.

From Vases to Wardrobes
Every decorative element tells part of the story:
- Vases that aren’t just containers but sculptural elements
- Wardrobes that are furniture masterpieces in their own right
- Cushions in perfect fabrics, colors, and textures
- Furniture pieces that balance comfort with aesthetic excellence
- Armchairs and sofas that invite you to sink in while maintaining their elegant lines
The art pieces scattered throughout deserve special mention – they’re not random selections but carefully curated works that complement and enhance each space.

Materials That Speak Quality
The materials used throughout are top-tier, meticulously selected, and perfectly matched. Advanced composite construction provides the structural foundation, while the interior showcases marine-grade veneered plywood and premium finishes that create harmony between modernity and classic craftsmanship.
Everything coordinates. Every finish complements the next. Walking through the yacht, you feel the coherence – nothing is out of place, nothing is an afterthought.

The Emotional Journey
Here’s what made this experience so special: I couldn’t get bored. Quite the opposite. Entering each new space, I felt genuine excitement about what would surprise me next. The layout, the flow, the reveals – everything was choreographed to create moments of delight.
I’d admire the main salon, thinking it was the pinnacle of luxury. Then I’d discover the master cabin. “Surely this is the top,” I’d think. And then – the VIP guest cabins would prove me wrong again. Each space outdid the previous one, not through excess, but through thoughtfulness and execution.
What Designers Can Learn
As a yacht designer, the Majesty 100 Terrace taught me several valuable lessons:
Perfection is in the persistence – Don’t stop at “good enough.” Every element deserves consideration, from the grandest spaces to the smallest accessories.
Cohesion creates magic – When everything works together, when materials, colors, textures, and styles harmonize, the result transcends the sum of its parts.
Surprise and delight – Good design should reward exploration. Create moments of discovery.
Function and beauty aren’t opposites – That coffee machine proved it. The bathroom TV proved it. You can have both.

Final Thoughts
The Majesty 100 Terrace by Gulf Craft isn’t just a superyacht; it’s a statement about what’s possible when design excellence meets uncompromising execution. From the stunning interiors through beautiful decorations, art pieces, furniture finishes, walls, stairs, and floors, all the way to that perfectly designed coffee machine – every element contributes to an unforgettable experience.
This yacht didn’t just impress me – it inspired me. It raised my own standards for what I want to achieve in my design work. And isn’t that what great design should do? Push us to dream bigger, to pay more attention, to never settle?
Thank you, Gulf Craft, for creating this masterpiece. And thank you again, Madzia, for helping me see it through your knowledgeable and passionate eyes.
